AstroPath – General Information
The AstroPath application ("Application") is a mobile app that enables users to generate horoscopes, tarot analyses, and name interpretations using artificial intelligence. Additionally, the Application includes a library containing a dream dictionary, meanings of names, tarot cards, and horoscope signs. The owner of the Application is Maciej Brzóska, based in Wronki, ul. Piaskowa 5C.
Your privacy is our priority. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to the processing of your data.
Data Collected by AstroPath
Personal Data: First name, Last name, Date of birth, Time of birth, Email address, Gender, Language.
Technical Data: Device information (e.g., device model, operating system, application version), IP address and location data (if you consent to its processing).
Analytical Data: Information about how you use the Application.
Note: All collected data is stored both locally on your device and on our Firebase servers connected with Google Play.

Data Sharing & Security
Your personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. We ensure the security of your personal data by employing appropriate encryption. Data stored on Firebase servers is secured in compliance with industry standards.
User Rights & Deletion
You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data ("right to be forgotten"). Data stored locally is deleted upon app uninstallation. To request server data deletion, use the in-app deletion tool or contact us at: oldtreegroup@gmail.com.
ShopEasy – Privacy Policy & Data Management
The ShopEasy application helps users create and manage shopping lists. It is owned by Maciej Brzóska, based in Wronki, ul. Piaskowa 5C.
Data Collected
- First name and Email address (optional, for backup)
- Shopping list items (stored locally or on Firebase)
- Device and analytical data
Data Security & Deletion
Your data is encrypted. You can delete your data by uninstalling the app and clearing stored data, or by contacting us.
Vibe – Privacy Policy & Data Management
The Vibe application connects users with others in their vicinity who share similar interests. It is owned by Maciej Brzóska, based in Wronki, ul. Piaskowa 5C.
Data Collected
- First name, Age / Date of birth, Gender
- Location (collected only with explicit user consent)
- Interests, profile tags, and Email address
Location Data & Security
Location access is optional. All data is encrypted and securely stored on Firebase. You may request deletion of your account through the app settings.
Car Quest – Privacy Policy
The "Car Quest" application is a mobile game designed for families and children. It is owned by Maciej Brzóska, based in Wronki, ul. Piaskowa 5C.
Data Collection and Use
We do not collect, store, process, or share any personal data or user information. "Car Quest" operates entirely offline and does not require an internet connection to function (except for optional in-app purchases processed securely through Google Play).
Children's Privacy
Because our app does not collect any personal information, it is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other global child privacy standards. The application does not request any sensitive device permissions.
Terms of Service
Welcome to the mobile applications developed by OldTreeGroup. By downloading, installing, or using our applications (including "Car Quest", "AstroPath", "ShopEasy", and "Vibe"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our applications on your mobile devices strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational purposes.
2. Intellectual Property
All original content, graphics, character designs, animations, artwork, logos, and source code within our applications are the exclusive intellectual property of OldTreeGroup and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of our applications.
3. In-App Purchases and Payments
Some of our applications are free to download and offer optional, one-time in-app purchases to unlock premium content or features. All financial transactions are securely handled and processed exclusively by the respective app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). OldTreeGroup does not collect, access, or store any of your credit card details.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. OldTreeGroup shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the applications.
5. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the applications after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
